USA - The Battle Of Wilno (I) - 12 Feb to 09 Mar 1946

12 Feb 1946: Taking a look at the War Summary reveals that Finland appears to be about to capitulate and Lithuania is 0% towards capitulation despite the fact that Wilno is still occupied by French Alliance forces.
A quick glance at the Logistics chart and we have an uncomfortable shortage of all kinds of artillery mainly through attrition.
I quickly adjust my Army production chart.
My Aircraft production is looking very good. We have plenty of Reserves.
15 Feb 1946: Now it's official.
161 Feb 1946: She certainly is.
17 Feb 1946: I launch an attack from South of Wilno. Also Research has been completed on M2 Half Track Car.
19 Feb 1946: It's not Mussolini this time around.
21 Feb 1946: Let's try from North of Wilno. The odds are better.
They can't get enough.
22 Feb 1946: The new 10th Army is also involved.
23 Feb 1946: Libya too! I attack with 1st Armoured Army again.
I want our Armies to link up East of Wilno.
24 Feb 1946: We are making progress actually. The attrition game is on our side.
28 Feb 1946: The northern thrust will soon break through. One trooper is walking away from the battle.
I allow it. They have Rubber which we need.
02 Mar 1946: We have prevailed N. of Wilno. We should soon encircle Wilno.
05 Mar 1946: Success. Five divisions from continue to push eastwrads.
06 Mar 1946: We have captured Molodeczno on the Russian border. There is a weak counterattack from the South but I attack them with 11 divisions from 1st Armoured Army.
07 Mar 1946: Our attack is making good progress. We are now in NE Poland.
09 Mar 1946: That looks much better. Norway has called in many nations which have already capitulated.
Now the real Battle for Wilno begins.
