06 May 1941: That is good news.
I ignore that request. Let's keep them guessing. They are of course forgetting their war goal on our ally Yugoslavia.
Hungary offered us 8 divisions and I accepted.
I place two of the divisions in training.
We still have a long way to go.
08 May 1941: We are making progress in Lithuania but slowly.
I'm sending these three divisions to help out.
I need to neutralize these pockets.
That's one of them gone. The enemy divisions in the 2nd have been destroyed too.
11 May 1941: These 5 divisions may take a while longer.
12 May 1941: We agree.
That will work, too.
We have an Ace and in Lapland we have captured both ports.
13 May 1941: That's almost neutralized. Afterwards we head towards Smolensk.
14 May 1941: Another Naval victory....
....and another Soviet Submarine has been sunk.
15 May 1941: Now that is really stupid. They are already at war with Russia (until we defeat them) and China and now they bring USA into the war.
The Netherlands make a smart move. The Focus
Long-Range Escorts has been completed....
one last pocket to be neutralized. The Gebirgsjäger Korps is now in Lithuania.
16 May 1941: I select the Focus
Befriend China next. That should upset Japan.
The trained 4. SS-Division 'Totenkopf' is assigned to I. Panzerarmee....
....and is ordered to Vitebsk.
I attack north from Vitebsk.
18 May 1941: We extended our bridgehead over the river.
Finally some movement in the North. That's completed 1 month at war and we are on track.
