The Resistance Levels in Albania and Cyrenaica are much better.
I transfer 12 untrained Submarines from the Baltic Submarie Fleet to the Soviet Training Fleet West.

22 Apr 1940: The 7th Cossack Division arrives and it is placed in training.
I hope to build some new Tanks but I need more Army XP first.
