Russia - Combatting Japanese Forces in Mainland China - 27 Mar to 21 Apr 1942

27 Mar 1942: There are two regions in question here. Those on the Chinese border and others in eastern Siberia including Sakhalin Island. As usual Russian forces are doing most of the work. An attack from the north....
....then one from the south.
28 Mar 1942: Japan is still occupying our port north of Vladivostok
We get off to a good start and Portugal joins the Allies.
29 Mar 1942: I expand the offensive. Army Siberia has 16 divisions compared to 9 Japanese divisions.
30 Mar 1942: Thankyou Qatar.
01 Apr 1942: I have no resources to help the Greeks.
02 Apr 1942: We have 6 divisions opposing the enemy's 3.
04 Apr 1942: We have now amassed 14 divisions to settle this battle.
They have been pushed back and we are hot on their trail.
07 Apr 1942: The battle is going decisively in our favour.
09 Apr 1942: The enemy forces now have nowhere to retreat to.
11 Apr 1942: Research has been completed on Radio Detection....
....and I select Concentrated Industry IV next.
My current Research projects. None will be completed for a while. I do need the Advanced Rubber Processing most.
16 Apr 1942: We are attacking fortified positions here.
16 Apr 1942: There are only 2 Japanese Divisions defending now.
18 Apr 1942: Both sides now have large naval forces in the Sea of Japan. This first battle was inconclusive.
In NE Siberia we are beginning to repel the Japanese invaders.
20 Apr 1942: Thanks for your support.
21 Apr 1942: A much better victory but the Japanese Fleet is still intact.
We can now concentrate on invading the Japanese Home Islands.
