I select Localized Training Centres next. The Decryption of the Soviet codes requires 236 more days. I deploy a new Fighter Wing at Bialystok. 19 Nov 1939: The second group of four Sturm-Division II's is assigned to Army Estonia. 24 Nov 1939: I send a Lend Lease package of old equipment to the Japan Shogunate which they accept. 26 Oct 1939: My Naval production. The first 1940 Destroyer has been launched. I have 10 Panzer-Divisionen plus 2 more being recruited. In real life Germany didn't have 10 divisions until 1940. My worst deficits are now Artillery and Support Equipment. 30 Oct 1939: This is the barebones of the 1940 Cruiser Hull so everything needs to be upgraded. I begin with a much more powerful engine and better armour. I add sonar and fire control. I add two batteries of the best Anti-Air guns available.... ....as well as two batteries of 15 cm guns as main armament. Next I add two secondary batteries which are also 15 cm guns. Finally I give it Depth Charge rails.... ....et voilà. A super-modern and fast Light Cruiser. All I need now is to add it to the Production schedule. I cancel Chromium imports from Sweden.... ....then order more Rubber from the British Empire. 01 Nov 1939: The Focus German War Industry has completed giving me six more Military Factories. I choose Coal Liquidization next

10 Oct 1939: I don't have enough Naval XP to do this.... ....but I have enough Army XP to select Schwerpunkt (Focal Point). 11 Oct 1939: Good for them. At least they didn't join the 4th International. I deploy the 6 Sturm-Divisionen early then increase the recruitment to 10 divisions. The new divisions are placed in training. 14 Oct 1939: I decide not to support anymore Bulgarian expansion. 15 Oct 1939: Research has completed on the Improved Medium Tank Chassis needed for my Panzer IV. I select the desired 7.5 cm Pak 40 Tank Gun next. 19 Oct 1939: Another Civil War. This time in Pakistan. 21 Oct 1939: Research has been completed on the Junkers Ju 88 Medium Bomber. I replace the He 111 with the new Ju 88 and double the number of the assigned Military Factories.
