11 Sep 1938: I need more Rubber so I import it from British Malaya. 20 Sep 1938: My Aircraft production is steadily increasing. The 8th 'Pathfinder' Division has been deployed and I place it in training. Three trained Infantry divisions are returned to 1st Army. The 3rd Marine Division is assigned to 2nd Army.... ....while the newly deployed 4th and 7th Infantry divisions are sent to Training Army. I add a 6th Infantry division to my Recruitment schedule. 23 Sep 1938: I have a temporary shortage of Artillery again. 29 Sep 1938: OSS has been upgraded with Army Department .... ....and I select Airforce Department next. 30 Sep 1938: The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress has completed research.... ....and I decide to research Radio next. OSS commences building an Intel Network in Tokyo plus Imperial Japan's Diplomacy page. No large surprises here. 31 Jul 1938: The Intelligence Agency OSS has been created and my first upgrade is the Naval Department . 03 Aug 1938: The situation in Mexico. 07 Aug 1938: They really dislike the USA! 10 Aug 1938: The Junta still have some fight. 15 Aug 1938: The 1st and 2nd Marine Divisions are returned to 2nd Army. 18 Aug 1938: The M3 Stuart Light Tank has been researched.... ....and I select the 105 mm M101A1  Howitzer next. My current Research. 25 Aug 1938: USS Tucker is the last new-production Farragut-Class Destroyer. The remainder are Clemson-Class Destroyers being refitted. I commence converting National Guard divisions in 1st Army to regular Infantry divisions.... ....and I send them to further training. 30 Aug 1938: The OSS has been upgraded with Naval Department .
