12 Mar 1944: I create a new Air Group at Manila....
....and 2 new Heavy Bombardment Groups at Hawaii....
....as well as the 29th Fighter Group at Santiago, Chile.
I convert the 1st Cavalry Division into an Armoured Division....
....then place it in training.
I assign the trained 8th Armoured Division to 1st Armoured Army.
I assign 6 trained Infantry Divisions to 2nd Army and ship them to New Orleans.
Next I convert 'old' Infantry Divisions in 2nd Army to the new Infantry Division43 standard.
14 Mar 1944: The Treaty of Kaunus. It appears that the United Socialist Front has defeated the Northern Pact.
The Diplomacy Register of Denmark. The country is not at war, Democratic and has war goals against the Latvian People's Republic.
The Republic of Lithuania is also at peace and Democratic.
Latvia is also at peace but is non-aligned.
The Latvian People's Republic is in the United Socialist Front and is naturally at war with members of the French Alliance. That's the new situation in the Baltic States.
Finally a look at the Resistance Levels in our European territories and they are looking much better.
I'm tending towards eventually allying the USA with Great Britain and the United Socialist Front. Nothing has been decided though. The French Alliance is not my cup of tea.
