15 Nov 1941: The bare bones of the 1940 Cruiser Hull.
I need the Cruiser Engine III and Dual-Purpose Secondary Battery II.
Next I add a QGA Sonar and the Mk.8 Rangekeeper....
....and Anti-Air III.
I add 3 x Light Cruiser Battery III....
....then a 2nd Anti-Air III.
Finally I add a Type P Mk.6 Catapult....
....and Light Cruiser Armour IV.
I decide to name them after Cities and the first City is Washington.
I enter it into production built by Norfolk Naval Yard.
I rearrange the Dockyards so that I can commence building with 5 Dockyards
I need more Chromium which I import from Cuba.
I also cancel Rubber imports from British Malaya.
Finally I start forming an Intelligency Agency - the OSS.
That frontline is a mess. I need to fix it soon.
