USA - The Greek-Turkish War Plus U.S. Navy Training - 09 Sep to 17 Oct 1938

09 Sep 1938: Greece is not alone in its war against Turkey. Great Britain, France and British Malaya are also involved.
Turkey is supported by Romania. Turkey has a common border with French Levant and British Cyprus is off its southern coast. Turkey may have a few problems ahead.
It's called the British-Romanian War.
The British and French Diplomacy registers. I can't get involved.

23 Sep 1938: I select the Decision 'Pay Farm Subsidies' to gain support for the Government.
02 Oct 1938: I import more Chromium from Cuba.
10 Oct 1938: Free India lost that conflict. I now order Naval Exercises for all the remaining Fleets in the U.S. Navy. 2nd Submarine Squadron on the East Coast.
Asiatic Fleet and 5th Submarine Squadron based in the Philippines.
3rd Submarine Squadron at Panama.
Naval Detachment Atlantic in New England.
Special Service Squadron in the Panama Canal.
Submarine Base Foce in California.
Destroyer Flotilla 2 and Destroyer Flotilla 1 on the West Coast.
Three Improved Brooklyn Class Light Cruisers from Cruisers, Battle Force are sent to the Training Division....
....while 2 trained Clemson Class Destroyers are assigned to Atlantic Reserve Destroyers.
That should get all U.S. Navy ships trained.
