12 Sep 1943: I assign 1st Armoured Army to Panama's border with Columbia.
Columbia is in the 4th International which is already at war with Great Britain's faction and the French Alliance.
14 Sep 1943: I start justifying a war goal against Columbia. It requires 160 days. Things will change during this time and the justification can be cancelled.
Peru is also in the 4th International and Columbia is at war the 'red' coloured nations in the region.
I need a Tank Destroyer so we start with the Advanced Medium Tank Chassis.
I select the Medium Fixed Superstructure and the Improved Heavy Cannon.
I add Improved Radio and Squeeze-bore Adapter....
....then Additional Machineguns and Smoke Launchers.
I also upgrade with the latest Chrysler Traits.
It also has Level 8 Engine and Armour.
The M36 is put into production initially with 5 Military Factors. Now I need more Steel and Chromium.
I import more Steel from Great Britain and Sweden.
I also import Steel from Norway.
I import Chromium from Hellas.
I add Infrastructure Upgrades and Military Factories to the Construction queue.
I will also need Self-Propelled Artillery but I don't have the right Gun yet.
