Germany - Operation Sea Lion (I) - 21 Dec to 31 Dec 1944

21 Dec 1944: Research has been completed on the Messerschmitt Me 262 Jet Fighter.
I select the Henschel Hs 129 Close Support Aircraft next.
My current Research projects.
21 Dec 1944: We are holding the line in Turkey.
22 Dec 1944: The British-controlled Republic of Albania has been captured.
We are holding off the RAF over the English Channel.
23 Dec 1944: We begin Unternehmen Seelöwe (Operation Sea Lion). The invasion of the United Kingdom.
24 Dec 1944: Our 19 divisions of the first wave are about to land on British soil. The first invasion since the Normans in 1066.
26 Dec 1944: The first divisions have landed and we are still holding off their air attacks.
More naval victories here and in the Aegean Sea.
The short version.
Midday: We have captured Dover so I order 9 divisions of the second wave to be shipped there. Portsmouth is under pressure and 6 divisions of the 1st wave have not yet landed. They had further to sail.
Night: Three more naval victories in the Channel.
27 Dec 1944: We have captured London and I order the advance on Birmingham.
28 Dec 1944: Now it's official. Portsmouth, a second port, has also fallen. A third port Southend has been captured too and Luftwaffe aircraft assigned to Panzerarmee Hausser are also operating from an English airfield.
Three victories and three defeats in air battles. We are ashore though and we still have Air and Naval Superiority.
The UK is 43% towards capitulation. It also lists which major faction members have to be defeated before the Allies surrender.
We are making progress in Manchurian controlled Mongolia.
I also activate Armee Magyar in NE Turkey. We need to defeat Arabia in order to win this war.
31 Dec 1944: We sink a couple of British destroyers in the English Channel.
I ship 13 more divisions to Portsmouth.
I feel confident of a victory in the UK if we can maintain our supply routes over the Channel. We have at least 3 ports now and more will be captured soon..
