Germany - At War On Two Fronts (III) - 01 May to 14 May 1941

01 May 1941: I move the 2nd Reserve Army to northern Italy.
02 May 1941: I affirm thht the OKW has the final word about the employment of SS forces and a Civil War begins in Italy.
Zegno del Sud are in the Axis and on our side....
....whereas the Socialist Republic of Italy has joined Comintern and is therefore our enemy.
I transfer my occupied Italy to our ally so that I can soon (hopefully) transfer my 2 Armies to Russia.
03 May 1941: Research has been completed on MP 38....
....and I select Improved Infantry Equipment II next.
I replace the Karabiner 98 K with the MP 38 in the production chart.
05 May 1941: The Bulgarians offer 1 division and I decline.
07 May 1941: I unlock the Army Doctrine Kampfgruppe....
....and the Air Doctrine Ground Support Integration.
The frontline in Central Italy.
09 May 1941: Soviet forces in Latvia are still holding on.
The confused situation on the Northern Front.
I order Army Magyar to clear these 2 pockets.
11 May 1941: I order an attack in northern Ukraine.
14 May 1941: Three divisions are a little over-extended so I launch an attack to rectify the sitation.
In the south we have captured Kherson and Sevastopol and are nearing Rostov and Stalino.
The Russian Front is confused in some areas but we are making good progress.
