30 Apr 1939: The Abwehr has been upgraded with
Radio Interception Group (1)....
....and I select
Radio Interception Group (2) next.
08 May 1939: I create 4th Army with 10 fully-trained Infanterie-Divisionen from Armeeschule....
....then order it to Kraków.
I deploy 10. Panzer-Division early....
....then start recruiting two Panzer-Divisionen per tranche..
I have 7 divisions in training.
12 May 1939: Mussolini is beginning to flex his muscles. He won't get my support.
13 May 1939: The 1. Fallschirmjäger-Division has been deployed and is placed in training.
A Field Hospital is added to the Infanterie-Division (mot.) template.
Polish Resistance levels are now much lower.
I offer Yugoslavia a non aggression pact and they agree.
Note that they already have such a pact with Italy.
14 May 1939: The Focus
First Ljubljana Award has been bypassed.
The details of this award are favourable for Germany but Italy, Hungary and Bulgaria receive negative opinions from the United Kingdom, France and China.
15 May 1939: I ask for Docking Rights in Yugoslavia.
16 May 1939: We receive them. Finally a base in southern Europe.
Finally a Summary of the Campaign so far. We have prodced a lot of Panzers.
We are still 4th in the world but Japan is only a few points ahead of us.
That has effectively shored up our southern flank.
