Turkey - Final Preparations - 21 Jun to 30 Aug 1917

21 Jun 1917: Excellent. Guadalajara could fall within the next 5 days.
22 Jun 1917: Inevitable. There is now a Georgian Socialist Republic, a puppet of Soviet Russia.
06 Jul 1917: Armenia suffers the same fate as Georgia.
07 Jul 1917: The technology for Dreadnought I has been researched.
I now select to research Battlecruiser I.
The current projects being researched. Bomb Sighting and War of Movement will be finished before I go to war.
15 Jul 1917: Guadalajara has fallen. Now we need to straighten the line.
I add a new Dockyard to Light Cruiser III production. Stalemate in Mexico but to our advantage.
I Institute Press Censorship to solidify the position of our government.
19 Jul 1917: The last of the three renegade states, Azerbaijan, becomes a Soviet puppet state.
31 Jul 1917: Five more days and the strategic goal will have been achieved.
08 Aug 1917: I assign 2nd Heavy Tank Brigade to the Armoured Corps.
18 Aug 1917: I add a new MF to Heavy Tank production.
20 Aug 1917: The Focus Flexible Navy has been completed.
I select Aircraft Production next.
28 Aug 1917: The technology Bomb Sighting has been researched.....
....and I select Aerial Bombs next.
I create an modified Early Bomber I Mk1 with extra reliability and speed....
....and put it in production. The bright green Red Sea means we have Naval Superiority. Necessary for an Amphibious Assault.
I go to Germany to import more Aluminium....
....and to the United Kingdom for more Rubber.
29 Aug 1917: The Land Doctrine War of Movement has been fully-researched....
....and I choose the Mobile Warfare Doctrine next. This is the first Doctrine one can choose when the campaign starts in 1936!
My current Research projects.
I plan the construction of an Oil Refinery in Baghdad. I'm not sure that is quite correct. Maybe I should locate it in a state with lots of Coal....
30 Aug 1917: My War Goal Justification has finished d we are prepared.
We are at war with Abyssinia in the next post and no nation is guaranteeing their independence.
