18 Aug 1938: My Logistitcs ledger is looking good. I can soon start expanding the Wehrmacht.
I create the Panzer-Division38 by adding 3 motorized Artillery Support battalions....
....then begin recruiting the 1. Panzer-Division.
I convert the 3. Panzer-Division to the 1938 format.
21 Aug 1938: My non-Panzer Army production.

Revive the Kaisereich instead.
I unlock
Dive Bombing as an Air Doctrine....
....and
Convoy Interdiction as a Naval Doctrine. It is the cheapest option.
10 Sep 1938: Germany is 6th in the World Order but apart from the USA we have the largest economy.
Patience is the name of the game and we have plenty of time.
