Germany - Reorganizing the U-Boots Flotillen - 24 May to 17 Jun 1940
24 May 1940: I add a 5th Dockyard to the production of the Destroyer Skaggerak.
My production for the Luftwaffe. Note that although the Fw 190 has twice as many Military Factories assigned almost twice as many Bf 109 G are being produced. This will slow down my endeavour to catch up with the RAF.26 May 1940: Four trained mechanized divisions are assigned to Panzerarmee Manstein.
28 May 1940: They automatically move to the Warszawa region.
30 May 1940: The Focus Befriend China has been completed....
....and I select Long-Range Escorts next.
03 Jun 1940: My additions to the Construction queue include 5 x 3 Military Factories, 2 x 3 Civilian Factories, 7 Dockyards in 3 different States and 5 Fuel Silos in the States along the border with the Soviet Union.
08 Jun 1940: Research has been completed on 1940 Cruiser Hull....
....and I select 1940 Submarine Hull by Blohm & Voss next.
My current Research projects.
I assign 9 trained U-Booten to I. U-Boots Flotille docked in Holstein....
....as well as the trained Destroyers Z18 and Z19 to the Ostseeflotte.
10 Jun 1940: I'll now be playing 'musical chairs' with groups of U-Booten with the goal of placing all old U-Booten in I. U-Boots Flotille. Here the captured Polish U-Boot Wilk.
Eleven Type VII U-Booten from I. U-Boots Flotille are transferred to German Reich TF 1.
11 Jun 1940: I split German Reich TF 1 in two halves....
....creating the IV. and V. U-Boots Flotillen.
Finally I transfer 3 x Type II and 3 ex-Yugoslavian U-Booten from III. U-Boots Flotille to I. U.Boots Flotille.
17 Jun 1940: The trained 292. and 294. Infanterie-Divisionen are assigned to Armee Nord.
