29 Apr 1941: 13. Panzer-Division continues to attack northwards. The Finns have been attacking here too.
30 Apr 1941: Five divisions are attacking in central Finland. At the top of the pic you can see that we have advanced into Soviet territory. I launch a new attack towards Joensuu further South.
01 May 1941: Two pockets in the north are being reduced.
02 May 1941: The table top-left shows that 8 of our 9 divisions are attacking and all battles are 'green'.
04 May 1941: The attack towards Joensuu is also progressing well.
05 May 1941: Our Special Project
Cruiser Submarine has been completed but I have no Dockyards to build it.
09 May 1941: Research has been completed on
Improved Artillery Upgrade I....
....and I select
Improved Artillery Upgrade II by Rheinmetall next.
Rheinmetall receives the Trait
Hydraulic Recoil System.
Our next objective is Salla.
10 May 1941: The Soviets are losing in the Far East....
....and in the West too.
11 May 1941: We have captured Joenuu and the 169. Sturm-Division is exhausted. The organization is 4 out of 60. Replacements arrive in 70 hours.
We are taking the war into Soviet territory here as well.
12 May 1941: We are attacking in northern Finland too....
....and at the shores of Lake Ladoga.
Note that the Finns have attacked to the South from Leningrad.
