I unlock the Air Doctrine
Direct Ground Support....
....and the Special Forces Doctrine
Combined Arms Training.
The bare bones of the
1940 Cruiser Hull.
I change to Cruiser Engine III and add Cruiser Armour IV.
Next I add a Secondary Battery II, S-Gerät and Fire Control I....
....as well as an AntiAir II Battery and 2 x Light Cruiser Battery II.
Next I add 2 x Depth Charges III and an Improved Floatplane Catapult.
Finally I add a second Anti-Air II Battery.
The MIO is Blohm & Voss....
....and the lead ship's name is Dessau.
I start a production line.
As you can see I'm short on Dockyards.
