I need to check if that is right. I assign the divisions back to Armee Mitte.
The 935. Infanterie-Division (mot.) has been deployed and is placed in training.
Three trained Sturm-Divisionen are assigned to Armee Mitte....
....and 2 more are assigned to 1. Reserve Armee.
The 4 Panzer.Divisionen are assigned 1 each to the 4 Panzerarmeen.

14 Dec 1940: The Soviet Diplomacy Register and there is no hint to who their target is.
It appears that the Soviets may be attacking all over the place. Our battle at Kuopio is doing fine despite being attacked by 7 Soviet Divisions.
I need to get more involved.
