I start preparing the Abwehr Mission Capture Cipher . I unlock the Air Doctrine Dive Bombing .  Messerschmitt receives the Trait Ongoing Developmental Upgrades . 26 Nov 1939: Finally. The Bismarck has been launched. 27 Nov 1939: Research has been completed on Engines III .... ....and I select 1940 Carrier Hull  from Deutsche Werke next.
