01 Nov 1941: The Soviet Union has capitulated we have received masses of equipment, a lot of it useful.
The Caucasus has lots of Oil, Chromium and Tungsten.
Round 1: I demand all States which are coloured purple.
I receive them all. Round 2: these states plus more up to Murmansk.
Round 3: States up to the Urals and beyond.
Round 4: The Staes North of Iran and Afghanistan. Also the Baltic States and Bessarabia.
I want to change the remaining States to a Democracy.
I also take their Navy. The Democracy thing appears to have included the whole Soviet Union. That will be a bummer for Resistance.
01 Nov 1941: My Destroyer and Light Cruiser production. The extra Dockyards make a huge difference.
I unlock the Air Doctrine

02 Nov 1941: Now Italy has surrended but I only have 61 points to wager with.
I select 3 items - see below.
Zadar is contested....
....so I try my luck with Libya.
Four States are still contesred so I try again. I try again.
Now only two are contested.
I try again and prevail.
I also demand the Navy's screening ships and receive them.
The Treaty of Roma.
We got 4 States with several Ports and Airfields in the Mediterranean. A good catch.
