Germany - The Exhausted Wehrmacht - 01 Sep to 07 Sep 1943

01 Sep 1943: I select War Bonds to boost production.

My Naval production.

Blohm & Voss receives the Trait Unescorted Raider Requirements....

....while Focke Wulf receives the Trait Lengthened Wings....

....and Rheinmetall receives the Trait Sliding Breach Block.

Three divisions of 4. Panzerarmee attack a hopefully weak spot in the Mengkukuo defences.

I move some stragglers forward.

02 Sep 1943: I attack into what's left of New Mongolia.

04 Sep 1943: I move more divisions forward to the frontline.

05 Sep 1943: The big picture and where we are in relation to Beijing.

I open an offensive to capture Zhangbei.

07 Sep 1943: It's not going too well mainly because the Wehrmacht is exhausted at the end of a long supply line. I'm demanding too much. Broad front attacks aren't what's needed at the moment.

I halt the attacks and order more divisions forward.

I unlock the Land Doctrine Modern Blitzkrieg....

....and the Naval Doctrine Convoy Sailing.

I need a different strategy or this war will go on forever.
