That should concentrate more divisions at the ports.
13 Feb 1945: I order 4 divisions to Vladivostok.
22 Feb 1945: I plan another amphibious assault.
23 Feb 1945: I recruit another operative for the Abwehr.
I have vacant Dockyards so let's design a Light Cruiser.
I begin with Cruiser Engine III and Cruiser Armour IV.
Next I select Secondary Battery II, the S-Gerät Sonar and Fire Control III.
Then I select Anti-Air III and 3 x Light Cruiser Battery II.
Followed by 2 x Anti-Air III and Improved Floatplane Catapult.
Done and I name it 1940 Light Cruiser for the moment.
I select Blohm & Voss as the MIO....
....and start two production lines.
They are built much faster then Heavy Cruisers.
