I create 4. Armee with 3 trained Infanterie-Divisionen....
....and order it to garrison near the Soviet border East of Bialystok.
I transfer 9. Panzer-Division from I. Panzerkorps to II. Panzerkorps.
I assign II. Panzerkorps to a section of the border North of Wilno and plan a thrust to Riga.
I assign I. Panzerkorps a section of the border North of Königsberg and plan a thrust to Liepaja, i.e. to capture the two ports so Soviet forces opposing 1. Armee will have no supply after Riga has been captured. I also transfer JG 53 from Poznan to Gdynia.
24 Mar 1940: I assign it the Air Superiority mission over the Baltic States.
01 Apr 1940: I assign three trained Infanterie-Divisionen to II. Panzerkorps.
05 Apr 1940: Sad because that reduces the number CIF's available for Construction.
The 12. Panzer-Division has been deployed and placed in training.
The 251. Infanterie-Division is assigned to II. Panzerkorps.
I transfer 3 Geschwader from Westfalen to Nowogródek.
11 Apr 1940: The Abwehr has been upgraded with
Machine-Assisted Encryption (III).
Research has been completed on
