U-Boot Effort has been completed and we receive
Cruiser Submarine technoloy for free.
My next Focus is

We just sank 11 Soviet Submarines.

Czechoslovakia offers 15 divisions for the Russian campaign and I accept.
Here are 12 of them and I place them in training.

That's not a smart move.
In the South a Soviet pocket of 5 divisions is about to be neutralized.

22 May 1941: I decide to research
1940 Submarine Hull from Blohm & Voss next.

23 Mar 1941: Great! Leningrad has fallen.
The liberation of Viipuri, Finland's second largest city, is the next objective.
