01 Jan 1940: The Abwehr has been upgraded with Passive Defence (III)....
....and I select
Passive Defence (IV) next.
I select General Heinz Guderian as my Theorist.
I add 4 x 2 Dockyards to the Construction queue.
I create III. Panzerkorps using 6., 7. and 8. Panzer-Divisionen and 60. Infanterie-Division (mot.). The Commander is General Erich von Manstein and will form in the Kraków region.
02 Jan 1940: It's time to create a real Panzer-Division.
I do that by addding a Mobile Combat Support Brigade.
That means a Battalion each of Motorized Artillery, Motorized Anti-Air and Motorized Anti-Tank.
I call it Panzer-Division40.
I convert 1. Panzer-Division to the new format then place it in training.
08 Jan 1940: The trained 228. and 231. Infanterie-Divisionen are assigned to 2. Armee.
10 Jan 1940: The Focus
Großraumwirtschaft has been complete and I select
Align Romania next.
15 Jan 1940: Research has been complete on
1940 Destroyer Hull....

MP 38.
