14 Nov 1939: A Civil War in the United Kingdom is good news. Also all these exercises are only consuming a third of the Fuel we are refining each day.
The Union of Britain is Wales plus Liverpool and Birmingham. The UoB is also at war with Australia.
We can send volunteers and Lend Lease to both sides.
I choose the Union of Britain - they are Communist. It is mostly old equipment but better than nothing.
They accept.
16 Nov 1939: I create Army Overseas from elements which are garrisoning in Africa, Albania and the Dodecanese Islands.
I also create a new Army Theatre.
NKVD Forces are now only responsible for Hungary and Germany.
I deploy 5 Divisions early and place them in training.
The trained 36th Cavalry Division is assigned to Army Finland.
The template for the Cossack Division.
I rename it and add a Motorized Anti-Tank Battalion.
17 Nov 1939: My Naval production.
I decide to upgrade some old Submarines....
....but first I upgrade the more advanced Submarine.
Now I give the order and 16 old Submarines will receive a new lease of life.
They are automatically added to the production line.
Four Dockyards are assigned to the refit programme.
