19 Jul 1939: The beginning of the bidding phase.
Europe after the fighting stopped. It will change.
I deman 4 German states plus, not on this pic, Albania and Eritrea, Western Libya as well as the Dodecanese Islands.
In Round 2 I take Hungary and Livonia.
In Round 3 I demand Memel.
Round 4: Sachsen is contested so I bid too.
Round 5 and I increase my bid to 291 VP's,
I gain Sachsen then bid for the German Kriegsmarine.
Finally in Round 7 I bid for the Italian Battleship Giulio Cesare plus screening ships.

20 Jul 1939: The Treaty of Berlin and the Focus
Restoration and Development is granted.
How can that be. Ethiopia is in Comintern. HOI4 is freaking out again.
I add 4 x 3 Military Factories and 4 x 3 Civilian Factories to the Construction queue.
I assign Army Romania to Albania....
....and Latvian Army to the French-Italian border.
I order NKVD Forces to Warsaw....
....and Army Lithuania to Latvia.
Finally I order Army Germany and Army Reserve to European Russia,
