I'm being reminded that the equipment is not part of any division template.
12 Aug 1940: Five newly deployed Assault Divisions are placed in training....
....and the trained 5th Tank Division is assigned to Army Centre.
Two trained Submarines are assigned to the Far East Submarine Fleet.

19 Aug 1940: Well at least we got rid of Yagoda.
22 Aug 1940: I add two Military Factories to the production of Support Equipment.
I place more priority on T-34 production.
24 Aug 1940: I order Pilot Exercises for the 61AD-PVO.
Railway improvement doesn't take long. I don't want to improve it too much because a good Rail Network would also aid a potential invader.
25 Aug 1940: We have completed researching
Depth Charge Thrower....
....and I select
Basic Cruiser Armour Scheme next and pay 50 Naval XP to expedite the research.
29 Aug 1940:
Rubber Processing technology has also been researched,

01 Sep 1940: We import all our Rubber from British Malaya. A reason to build our own Rubber Industry.

It's crazy but I need more Oil Refineries to produce more Rubber despite having beaucoup Fuel.
