....and 6 Submarines are assigned to the Arctic Submarine Fleet
The NKVD Forces are ordered to also garrison Hungary.
07 Aug 1939: We have completed researching
Advanced Machine Tools....
....and I select
Improved Medium Tank Chassis next.

09 Aug 1939: I assign the trained 90th Rifle Division to NKVD Forces.
11 Aug 1939: In order to avoid Supply problems I spread the Armies over a larger area. Army Romania is in the Kiev region.
The Army Reserve is in the Bryansk vicinity....
....and Army Germany is in the Vitebsk region.
Army Estonia is sent back to the border with Estonia.
Estonia's Diplomatic ledger show's nothing alarming. Their independence is guaranteed by the UK.
With Chamberlain in charge I have nothing to worry about.
Yugoslavia has not only regained Croatia but has also gained Zadar and the Pola peninsula from Italy.
Romania is like it was before the war. The Balkan states haven't changed their borders. We still have that ahead of us.
15 Aug 1939: I look forward to more influence in Greece.

Development of Tankograd has been completed....

Modernize Aircraft Facilities next.
Now there are only 9 divisions still exiled.
Hopefully I can soon work on upgrading our Armed Forces.
