This is something I forgot in the last post.
25 Aug 1939: I unlock the Air Doctrine Dive Bombing. I don't have any Dive Bombers though.
08 Sep 1939: The Submarine Shch-215 is assigned to the Black Sea Submarine Fleet.
I restrict the Baltic Fleets to only one Region - The Lower Baltic Sea.
13 Sep 1939: Ten trained Divisions are returned to Army Reserve.
Five NKVD Divisions are sent for further training.
The Diplomacy Ledger of France, they don't think too highly of Russia.
I need to upgrade the Template of the Mechanized Division.
I replace two Light Tank Battalions with a Medium Tank Destroyer Battalion.
Voilà !
I also restrict which equipment can be used.
15 Sep 1939: I convert the 45th Mechanized Division to a Tank Division
16 Sep 1939: I send 4 Divisions from Army Germany to further training.
The converted Division becomes the 4th Tank Division....
....and the Division being recruited becomes the 5th Tank Division.
I also design a new Paratrooper Division....
....but I can't recruit any.
What equipment the 5th Tank Division still requires.
The new Soviet Army is beginning to take shape.
