....which I then assign to the Austrian border.

....so I transfer 9 divisions from Armee Südwest.
21 Feb 1938: I set up a battle plan.
24 Feb 1938: Well done, guys. We don't even have an Intelligence Agency.
02 Mar 1938: We have completed researching
Signal Company I....
....and I select
Improved Infantry Equipment I from Mauser next.
07 Mar 1938: Four Panzer-Divisionen have been deployed and they are placed in training. They are all equipped exclusively with Panzer II's.
I duplicated the template of the Panzer-Division38....
....then add a Medium Tank Battalion and a Field Hospital.
I call it Panzer-Division39.
I convert 1. Panzer-Division to the new format then place it in training.
I'm only converting them when I have at least 50 Panzer III's available.
