19 Feb 1939: I order the 4. Panzer-Division to southern Austria....
....then I remind the Dutch again.
23 Feb 1939: A look at the Dutch Diplomacy Register shows that they are totally unhappy with Germany.
I ask the French for Docking Rights.
24 Feb 1939: The French accept. They have captured Torino and are advancing along the coast towards Genova.
I deny Italy's request to join the Axis.
27 Feb 1939: I create the 300. Jagdgeschwader 'Wilde Sau' at Weser-Ems and order Pilot Exercises.
02 Mar 1939: Research has been completed on
Fuel Refining III....
....then select
Excavations I next.
03 Mar 1939: I assign the trained 7. and 11. Panzer-Divisionen to the II. Panzerkorps.
05 Mar 1939: That is good news from Hungary. A trustworthy ally.
My Constructon queue now has 43 CIF's available.
06 Mar 1939: Romania has a non-aggression pact with us and Italy but for some reason won't join the Axis. My war plans against Italy is probably the reason.
08 Mar 1939: I add a 5th MIF to Jagdpanzer III production.
I create the III. U-Boots Flottille with 4 new trained Type VII U-Booten.
11 Mar 1939: I now add a 6th MIF to Jagdpanzer III production.
11 Mar 1939: I select Admiral Erich Raeder as my Chief of Navy for 100 PP.
The newly-deployed 8. Gebirgs-Division is placed in training.
15 Mar 1939: The 9. Gebirgs-Division likewise.
I decide to cancel further Gebirgs-Division recruitment.
Finally I add more MIF's to the Construction queue.
I beginning to rethink my plans in southern Europe. I need to remind myself that the Soviet Union must be my prime target.
