07 Apr 1939: We are not exactly the best of friends but there a lot of actions I could take. Romania can't join the Axis because they are not Fascist enough. I offer France Military Access and they accept. 12 Apr 1939: The 13. and 20. Panzer-Divisionen have been deployed and are placed in training. 16 Apr 1939: A Fuel Silo has been constructed and I move the Naval Research Facility forward. 17 Apr 1939: The Heavy Cruiser Blücher is assigned to Ostseeflotte.... ....while U-21 and U-22 are assigned to III. U-Boots Flottille.... ....which I send back to port in Stettin. I deploy the 15. and 18. Panzer-Divisionen early.... ....and place them in training. I now start recruiting Panzer-Division39's I convert 4 Panzer.Divisionen to the 1939 format. 20 Apr 1939: I start a 3rd production line for the Type VII U-Booten. 24 Apr 1939: The Special Project Super-Heavy Howitzer  has been completed. 17 Apr 1939: The Focus Influence the Baltics  has been completed.... ....and I select War Prep...

 

01 Apr 1939: Let's remind the Dutch again. I start production of the 2 cm FlaK 30  and 3.7 cm PaK 36 .... ....and both are produced by Rheimetall. I import more Tungsten from Portugal. I assign the trained U-20 to III. U-Boot Flottille. I upgrade the Panzer III A with Traits from Henschell. 02 Apr 1939: I cancel the Justification. I transfer 4 divisions from II. Panzerlorps to I. Panzerkorps.... ....which I then order to garrison the Frankfurt Region. I return 11 Divisionen from II. Panzerkorps to Armee Südwest at the French border. I delete all orders of II. Panzerkorps then order it to garrison the Breslau Region. 03 Apr 1939: My Fuel status is looking good. 07 Apr 1939: Good for Hungary! I assign 6 trained Infanterie-Divisionen to Armee Ostpreusssen.... ....then 4. Panzer-Division to I. Panzerkorps Finally 4 trained Infanterie-Divisionen are assigned to Armee Mitte.  I really don't want to get involved in that French-Italian conflict.
