Germany - Preparing for Russian Campaign (II)

23 Oct 1939: I have for ships in training and two trained U-Booten are assigned to the Adriatic Theatre.

01 Nov 1939: The National Focus Army Innovations II has been completed....

….and I select Long Range Escorts next.

It appears that the French have fascist inspirations. I don't trust them because they betrayed Yugoslavia.

The Italians are expanding their industry.

03 Nov 1939: My Abwehr receives the upgrade Interrogation Techniques.

I select Portable Radios for the next upgrade.

France has run out of rubber, exported it to someone else, so....

….I import rubber from the UK instead.

I shall be lacking the new 15 cm artillery in most division for quite a while.

Oil production and refining construction is on track.

I need 5 more PP's to start justifying a war against the Soviet Union.

I order Panzerarmee 1 to Falangist Poland.

Finally I dissolve the armies which have been garrison forces in former Romania....

….and former Poland then assign them to the armies in Armeegruppe 1.
