UK - Fuel Shortages, a New Cruiser and Russia - 09 Mar to 10 Apr 1940

09 Mar 1940: We have sunk another Japanese Submarine in the Straits of Malacca.

The Asia 1 Fleet is burning a lot of Fuel but it is almost at its destination Darwin.

11 Mar 1940: We have completed researching the 1940 Cruiser Hull....

....and I select 1940 Carrier Hull next.

I cancel Chromium imports from France.

19 Mar 1940: The Allied Front in Russia.

20 Mar 1940: The USA cancels its Lend Lease to us.

22 Mar 1940: An acceptable agreement.

25 Mar 1940: Russia is 46% towards capitulation.

28 Mar 1940: Another new leader in China. Again no Civil War.

31 Mar 1940: Xibei San Ma wants to join the Allies and I accept.

02 Apr 1940: I unlock the Land Doctrine Armoured Spearhead.

.I also unlock the Air Doctrine Direct Ground Support.

06 Apr 1940: I order the Training Fleet back to port. (Only 3 days of Fuel left.)

09 Apr 1940: The Japanese lose 4 Submarines in the Straits of Malacca. (9 days of Fuel left.)

I design a Heavy Cruiser with 4 Heavy Batteries and extra Armour.

I need Chromium again so I import it from Yugoslavia. (9 days of Fuel left.)

10 Apr 1940: I assign the Guards Armoured Division to 3rd Army. (2 days of Fuel left.)

I need to move 1st Army back to Continental Europe to join the war against Russia.
