25 Nov 1939: I select the Army Doctrine Elastic Defence.
Carlist Spain appears to have Portugal under control so I won't be sending any troops there.
In the Bay of Biscay I send the 5th Submarine Flotilla back to port....
....and change the mission for Humber Force to Convoy Escort.
In SE Asia I transfer 3 Carriers and a Heavy Cruiser from Asia Fleet 2 to Asia Fleet 1.
I change Asia Fleet 2's mission from Patrol to Convoy Escort.
I transfer 3 more Heavy Cruisers from Asia Fleet 2 to Asia Fleet 1.
I send China Fleet to port at Brunei.
Finally I change UK TF 1's mission to Convoy Escort.
We are using much too much Fuel.
I import Tungsten from Carlist Spain.
26 Nov 1939; We support Turkey again.
30 Nov 1939: We have completed Research on
Advanced Machine Tools....
....and I select
Improved Oil Processing next.
We sank 5 Japanese Submarines in the Straits of Malacca. Convoy Escort is much better.
I want 3rd Army to garrison the Ruhr region.
My Logisics Chart. We still have a large Artillery deficit.
I convert the Guards Armoured Brigade to the Guards Armoured Division....
....and the 1st Army Tank Brigade to 1st Armoured Division.
The Naval Strategy change looks promising and I'll be helping Lithuania in the next post. I am already sending 1st Army there.
