14 Feb 1940: We lose another Merchant in the South Cina Sea.
The Focus
Encourage Colonial Elite has been completed.
The newly deploved 11th East Africa Division is placed in training.
The 21st and 22nd Army Tank Brigades are assigned to 3rd Army.
The Japanese have lost another Submarine....

Commonwealth Ties as my next Focus.
The campaign is going well and our Royal Navy is fairing better than the Japanese.
