29 Aug 1943: Attacking from NW Manchuria. I have reserve a place on the frontline for the new 2nd Army.
02 Sep 1943: In France my right flank attacks German positions.
Unfortunately OSS needs more time before they can infiltrate the Luftwaffe.
14 Sep 1942: I assign the 8th and 9th Armoured Divisions to 1st Army.
18 Sep 1943: In Virginia 10th Armoured Division has been deployed and is placed in training.
We begin a new offensive in central Russia. Units from 2nd Army have arrived at the frontline.
22 Sep 1943: In Turkey I want to link up with the Allies again.
27 Sep 1943: On the right flank I want to capture Malatya.
29 Sep 1942: Damn the Senate!
The link up east of Antalya has been achieved. Now I need to widen the corridor.
04 Oct 1943: We have advanced westwards but Isparta is proving to be a tough nut to crack.
08 Oct 1943: I throw in more forces, now 5 divisions, to capture Isparta.
09 Sep 1943: The 50th Infantry Division has been deployed.
The Germans have 8 divisions defending Bordeaux. They obviously recognize how important the port is. Another three divisions will be arriving in Bilbao soon.
11 Oct 1943: We attack the 3 German divisions west of Toulouse.
13 Oct 1943: The attack was successful but the Germans are now counterattacking.
14 Oct 1943: An armoured thrust captured territory NW of Toulouse. Can we now hold it?
17 Oct 1943: We are attacking the German line at 3 points. Something, somewhere must give.
19 Oct 1943: We are now at the gates of Toulouse and we are also attacking further north.
21 Oct 1943: Great news! We have captured Toulouse.
It's good to see that we are advancing again after the recent scare in Turkey.
