01 Apr 1938: The trained 5th Infantry Division is assigned to Army East.
Two overlooked Omaha Class Light Cruisers have their refit organized.
I select Norfolk Naval Yard.
I select 'Amend the Budget' which should help the economy although it costs me support in Congress.
Three trained Battleships and seven trained Heavy Cruisers are transferred from Scouting Force to Battleships, Battle Force.
I order Naval Exercises for the 23 Submarines of Atlantic Reserve Submarines.
My Logistics chart with Support Equipment being the only item I am concerned about.
The Construction queue now looks much better with 58 Civilian Factories.
The Army and Air Corps production chart. It is still missing items like Trucks, Anti-Tank and Anti-Air Guns.
I order the U.S. Marine Corps to garrison the Hawaiian Islands. These 'divisions' each have only 4 battalions of Marines.
09 Apr 1938: My current Research projects. There's nothing due to arrive for a while.
14 Apr 1938: The 1st and 2nd Fighter Groups require further Pilot Exercises.
The 6th Infantry Division has been deployed and is placed in training.
15 Apr 1938: I hopr they come back soon. We have work to do.
20 Apr 1938: The Focus

War Plans Division next.
I select the Air Doctrine
Formation Flying.
21 Apr 1938: She IS right!
23 Apr 1938: The 4th Infantry has been deployed and placed in training. We have 45 divisions now.
01 May 1938: I transfer 2 Destroyers to the Training Division....
....and send the remaining trained Destroyers of the Pacific Reserve Destroyers back to port.
I don't know how good these old Destroyers are but they can escort convoys.
