I upgrade the current M3 Stuart Light Tank with MIO Traits. It is now faster and has greater Reliability.
My Army and Aircraft production. We finally have a surplus of Infantry Equipment.

Springfield Armoury receives the Trait
Semi-Auto Rifles.
