05 Aug 1938: The newly deployed 98th Rifle Division is placed in training.
5-7 Aug 1938: I start recreating Army Reserve in the Kiev Region with 7 divisions from Army Lithuania.
07 Aug 1938: I transfer 7 Mountain Divisions from Army Romania to Army Reserve.
I assign the remaining 16 divisions to our border with Romania.
09 Aug 1938: The new Army Reserve.
10 Aug 1938: Research has been completed on
Anti-Tank Upgrade and
M1930 107 mm Gun.
I select
Anti-Air Upgrade and
1940 Destroyer Hull next.
My current Research projects.
I put the M1940 107 mm Gun into production replacing the M1936 76 mm Gun.
11 Aug 1938: I adjust my Tank Division by replacing a Light Tank Battalion with a Motorized Rifle Battalion and a Motorized Anti-Tank Battalion.
Mechanized Divisions are still missing Light Tanks.
14 Aug 1938: I create a new Fighter Wing at Zhytomyr and discard the charges against the NKVD.
15 Aug 1938: I order Pilot Exercises for the new 61AD-PVO Fighter Wing.
19 Aug 1938: I place the new 108th Rifle Division into training.
20 Aug 1938: We have completed researching the
Basic Heavy Tank Chassis....
....and I select
DP and RM-38 next.

We now have all the pieces require for a new Medium Tank.
