Germany - The Home Front, Canada, Spain and Japan - 30 Apr to 22 May 1942

30 Apr 1942: It looks like Italy might be planning something.

07 May 1942: I allow both Syria and Lebanon to create Collaboration Governments.

I start a massive upgrade of the French & Belgian Railways bringing them all up to Level 3. Well most of them.

The 14. and 18. Panzer-Divisionen need more training.

I create Army Nord with 10 Reserve-Divisionen straight from training and assign them to garrison the Leningrad and Luga provinces - they have the highest Resistance Levels in the Reich.

My Fuel stockpile is full!

08 May 1942: I create the 12. Jagdgeschwader in Lower Austria.

10 May 1942: Of course Germany will defend our Estonian brothers.

11 May 1942: I create the 14. Jagdgeschwader in Westfalen.

13 May 1942: In Brandenburg I create the Kampfgeschwader 153 (Ju.88 A's) and I increase my 1. Transportgeschwader to 96 Ju-52's....

....and I create the 7. Schlachtgeschwader in Brandenburg.

14 May 1942: I split the 1. Küstenfliegergruppe in two halves and increase their compliments to 48 aircraft each.

The 3. and 4. Fallschirmjäger-Divisionen are assigned to Kurt Student's 1. Fallschirmjäger Korps.

The 14. Panzer-Division is returned to 3. Panzerarmee.

I order Atlantik Task Force 1 back to port in Cherbourg.

17 May 1942: In the Far East I am increasing the pressure on that Japanese Armoured Division.

A Civil War in Canada has started.

18 May 1942: Now it's in the headlines.

19 May 1942: The Japanese support the Popular Front.

20 May 1942: The British support the Imperialists.

22 May 1942: Iberia has capitulated and Italy plus the British Empire annex most of the states.

Italy is getting large. If I were the British I would not trust Mussolini.

We have a bit of everything in this post. The Luftwaffe is gaining strength and Europe has peace again.
