18 Feb 1937: I now add the 8th Infantry Battalion to the NKVD Diviziya.
21 Feb 1937: I order Naval Exercises for the Black Sea Fleet.
23 Feb 1937: I create the NKVD Intelligence Agency.

All of former Poland is garrisoned by Army Poland.
07 Mar 1937: Fifteen Rifle Diviziya have been deployed and are placed in training.
Two trained Kavaleriya Diviziya are assgned to Kavalry Reserve....
....and 6 Rifle Diviziya are assigned to 2. Army.
Another 19 Rifle Diviziya are being trained.
The Soviet Union has huge Manpower reserves.
