Germany - The German-Polish War (II) - 26 Jan to 27 Feb 1937
26 Jan 1937: The large pocket NE of Poznan is being neutralized.
We still have critical shortages.02 Feb 1937: We are involved in several battles around Warsaw.
I see that reinforcements have arrived.
Poland has suffered much more casualties than we have and they are now 56% towards capitulation.
My 'Reserve' Army is in action again.
04 Feb 1937: We are making progress west of Lodz and we'll soon have more forces to capture the Polish capital.
06 Feb 1937: I'm preparing to also attack Warsaw from the South.
09 Feb 1937: We have destroyed the pocket at Lodz and 13 divisions are now marching on Warsaw.
11 Feb 1937: We now have odds of 18 divisions to 2 and it will take 16 days for Warsaw. I'll try for less than that.
17 Feb 1937: I gather two more divisions to attack Warsaw from the North.
18 Feb 1937: Warsaw should now fall within 5 days.
21 Feb 1937: Now only 1 division is defending Warsaw.
23 Feb 1937: I'm keeping up the pressure. We have 'green' 97.
24 Feb 1937: The fall of Warsaw is imminent and the Focus Army Innovations has been completed.
I select Reichsautobahn next.
25 Feb 1937: Warsaw has fallen and now I must capture cities for the Victory Points.
26 Feb 1937: The enemy has recaptured Gdansk but I have enough forces to capture it again.
27 Feb 1937: The pocket is getting smaller.
I count 13 enemy divisions that have been encircled.
