13-14 Apr 1938: I assign Army South to our border with Turkey.
14 Apr 1938: I need Aircraft production so I decide to upgrade the I-16 Fighter. I degine with a better Engine....
....and I replace 2 x Light Machine Guns with 2 x Cannon I.
I also select Non-Strategic Materials Usage.
The I-16 A from MiG Design Bureau is placed into production.
I make a copy of the Mechanized Diviziya....
....then replace a Light Tank Battalion with a Medium Tank Battalion.
Voilà Mechanized Diviziya38 is born.
17 Apr 1938: The Academy is purged.
The Political Paranoia at 20% is still too high for my liking.
The Commander of 4. Army has been purged so I replace him with General Kuznetsov.
20 Apr 1938: Nice.
27 Apr 1938: Research has been completed on
Improved Infantry Equipment I....
....and I select
Field Hospital I from GAZ next.
28 Apr 1938: Tula Arms Plant receives the Trait Drum Pattern Sights.
There are more improvements to come.
