07 Apr 1938: None of these Civil Wars are near to a victory.

09 Apr 1938: We have completed researching

Fuel Refining II next.
13 Apr 1938: There are many cities still to be captured.
16 Apr 1938: I send a Lend Lease package to the Polish Peasants and they accept.
19 Apr 1938: Research has been completed on
Armour-Piercing Capped Shell....
....and I select
Improved Infantry Equipment I next.
19 Apr 1938: I create 1st Army using 5 South African Divisions.
20 Apr 1938: The Italians have heavily reinforced East Africa but I believe that we can still defeat them.
20 Apr 1938: The timing is perfect.
So that is what's happening.
I plan the construction of an Oil Refinery in the Greater London Area.
24 Apr 1938: I plan an Amphibious Assault on Rhodes Island. It takes 7 days to prepare.
26 Apr 1938: I still have a Truck shortage despite producing almost 3 per day.
01 May 1938: Mussolini declares war on Yugoslavia....
....and Yugoslavia sends Britain a 'Call to Arms'.
We join their war and invite them to join the Allies.
The United Kingdom is finally at war and I believe that we are prepared.
