Germany - Panzerarmeen and Panzerjäger KG's - 16 Jun to 03 Jul 1942
16 Jun 1942: My Panzer production. 19 Jun 1942: I add the last Light Tank Destroyer battalion and now I have the desired Panzerjäger KG template. I plan the recruitment of 4 KG for the time being. I now have 3 production lines for Type XX U-Booten. The Infrastructure in the Caucasus is being upgraded now. Then we'll continue with more Military Factories. The 5. Panzer -Division is assigned to 2. Panzerarmee which now has the desired composition 6-4-1. I convert the 2 remaining Russian divisions to Sturm-Divisions.... ....and send them to the Armeeschule. I create Panzerarmee Grossdeutschland from Panzer-Division Grossdeutschland and 600. Infanterie-Division. Its Commander is General von Weichs and it is ordered to Hamburg. The Abwehr's progress in France. Four Hungarian Infantry Divisions are transferred from 2. Armee Romanien to 1. Armee Romanien. Three I talian divisions are transferred from 2. Armee Romanien to 1. Germany - Panzerjäger Kampfgruppen - 31 May to 16 Jun 1942
31 May 1942: I create the Fallschirmjägerkorps using 1. and 2. Fallschirmjäger-Divisionen and appoint General Kurt Student as its Commander. I move the Korps to the nearest Airfield then assign LLG 2 to the same Airfield. I deploy the 3. and 4. Fallschirmjäger-Divisionen early and place them in training. I am recruiting 5 Panzer Divisions at the moment and they'll probably be my last ones. I return 10. Panzer-Division to 2. Panzerarmee. 02 Jun 1942: I am converting the 1936 Panzer-Division template into a Panzerjäger KG. It will contain 150 Marder II's and two battalions of Motorized Infantry. I don't have enough Army XP for the full conversion yet so I'll do the rest later. I can however determine what equipment I don't want, i.e. Inter-War Light Chassis. Also no Foreign Equipment. 09 Jun 1942: I assign the trained Light Cruiser Hamburg to the Ostseeflotte.... ....and two 1940 Destroyers to the Tsingtao Flotte. Germany - More Reorganization and Bulgaria - 10 May to 26 May 1942
10 May 1942: The trained 96. and 167. Sturm-Divisionen are assigned to 1. Panzerarmee which now has the desired 6-4-1 composition. 11 May 1942: The 2. Panzer-Division is missing 2 Panzer- and 2 Sturm-Divisionen. I convert the 3. and 10. Infanterie-Divisionen to Sturm-Divisionen. 15 May 1942: I then assign them to 2. Panzerarmee. The 4. Stukageschwader in Tsingtao now has 15 Stukas. 18 May 1942: Finland and Canada cancel their non-aggression pacts with Germany. Also our Logistics table. 19 May 1942: Both the StuG III B and the Marder II are being produced by converting older tanks. 25 May 1942: The 20. Sturm.Division is transferred from 1. Armee Italien to Armee West. Bad news! Bulgaria, one of ours, is justifying war against Greece which probably joi the Allies. 26 May 1942: I ask Greece for Docking Rights and they should accept. I also offer to guarantee the independence of Greece. I add another Military Factory to Panzer IV D production. Docking Rights in Greece have been approved. I...
